What is Pre-Check?
Pre-Check is a confidential student health record service that will assist in processing student health forms on campus.
Where can I go for support?
Students can get support by sending an email to: UTHSA@SentryMD.com
Is my information kept confidential?
Privacy of student information is a top priority. Student medical records information is only disclosed with valid authorization. All state and federal laws of health information, including HIPAA Legislation, are followed.
Can I login and view my records anytime?
Students can login to their account and view documents and compliance status anytime.
What is the onboarding process?
Students will receive a welcome email containing the required enrollment documentation. Once enrolled, the student will receive login instructions.
How long will my health records be available online?
Student information will be available while the student is active at UT Health SA. After graduation, the records will be kept for 7 years.
Can I combine certain documents into one pdf?
By selecting certain documents, the student can create one pdf containing numerous documents.
Can I print my documentation?
As long as the pc being used is connected to a printer, the documentation can be printed.
I’m about to graduate but I have a Student Clinic Hold, will this affect my diploma?
Student Clinic Holds from expired or missing immunizations only affects students from registering. Graduating students will not be prevented from receiving a diploma.
I have a Student Clinic Hold, will this affect my transcripts?
Student Clinic Holds from expired or missing immunizations only affects students from registering. Graduating students will not be prevented from requesting and receiving transcripts.
Will I be able to access my records from SentryMD after I graduate?
Students will not be able to directly access their immunization records after graduation but can contact SentryMD at UTHSA@sentrymd.com to retrieve their records free of charge.
When is my next Hepatitis B vaccine due?
The hepatitis B vaccine is given as a three-dose series on a 0, 1, and 6-month schedule.
When does my TB skin test expire?
TB skin tests need to be placed annually.
