Special Notice: Wellness 360 will be providing clearance physicals for anyone who has been in self- isolation as a result of travel to a high -risk country or domestic area that has been deemed high risk by the UT infection control team. Dr. Sickora or a designee will reach out to anyone who has been on a 14 day self-isolation the day before return to work for a clearance interview.
