Employees:
Employees and their dependents with UT SELECT medical plan pay a $10 co-pay.

Students:
All currently enrolled students of UT San Antonio are eligible to receive care at the Wellness 360 Adult Clinic. For Students enrolled in the Student Health Insurance plan, there is a co-pay per office visit and for covered services. Students who have other insurance or have no insurance will be responsible for the cost of the office visit and any additional charges of services performed in the clinic.

Online direct scheduling for student and employee appointments is now available through MyChart. To schedule your appointment, log in with your MyChart username and password or create an account. Once logged in, select Wellness 360 student/employee health, then choose your appointment type.

Upload Required Health Forms and Documents

UT Health San Antonio has partnered with Sentry MD, a confidential health record compliance service, to provide a more streamlined health requirement tracking solution. A policy change now requires certain employees to meet several additional health requirements not previously asked of them.
