- Immunizations: Flu shots, COVID-19 vaccines, and routine immunizations
- Physical checkup
- Pediatric Primary Care (Newborn – 21 years old)
- Pediatric THStep, vaccinations, vision and hearing screening, sport physicals.

How much does it cost to request the Mobile Health Clinic?
The fee varies based on the event’s duration, necessary supplies, and operational cost. For example, the minimum cost associated with a two-hour service ranges from $630 for a registered nurse and driver to $750 for a nurse practitioner and driver. This fee does not include additional costs for healthcare, supplies, vaccines, and any other equipment necessary for the event.

What areas do you serve?
We currently serve counties in Public Health Region 8.
How far in advance should we request the van?
Please submit your request at least 4-6 weeks prior to your desired date.
What Happens Next?
After you submit the request form, our team will review your request and reach out to you within 2-3 business days to finalize the details. We aim to accommodate as many requests as possible, based on availability and service capacity.
