Our centralized health services offer primary care, acute care, behavioral health and medication management for children and adolescents in foster care, including 3 in 30 health assessments for children in foster care. Wellness 360 is proud to be a winner of the Promoting Pediatric Primary Prevention (P4) Challenge, a nationwide competition to increase pediatric vaccination rates and well-child visits. Participants of the P4 Challenge developed and applied successful approaches to increasing well-child visits, increasing vaccinations, and reducing disparities among populations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Wellness 360 was awarded as a P4 challenge winner on Jan. 31, 2022, by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), through the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).
