Foster Care Center of Excellence

We are the only Foster Care Center of Excellence in South Texas designated by Superior Health. Our centralized health services offer primary care, acute care, behavioral health and medication management for children and adolescents in foster care, as well as comprehensive services for their families.

Our partnership with Superior STAR Health creates a center for excellence by centralizing multiple services in one location offering convenience for caregivers and caseworkers.

Extended office visits are offered to assure adequate time is given to address all health care needs thoroughly. We provide visits for sibling sets as well.  Our providers hold national board certifications in pediatric primary care with specialty training in trauma informed care.
