Dr. Sarah Knoeckel is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and an assistant clinical professor in the School of Nursing at UT Health San Antonio. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Virginia and her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at the University of Connecticut. In 2009, Dr. Knoeckel completed a formal 12-month nurse practitioner residency and stayed on as a Family Nurse Practitioner for five more years. The past five years she has continued to work in primary care in different settings. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and sees patients of all ages.
