About us

Wellness 360 is a nurse-led clinic operated by UT Health San Antonio. Our health care team is led by Advanced Practice Registered Nurses who hold the highest level degrees for nursing practice, master’s and doctoral degrees.

Maria Saldiva

Maria Saldiva, DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Dr. Maria Saldiva is an advanced practice registered nurse who is board-certified as a family nurse practitioner. Her experience spans 20 years and Dr. Saldiva has practiced in a variety of patient care settings including, women’s health, primary care, and homeless health. She obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice at UT Austin and also holds a Master of Science – Family Nurse Practitioner degree from UT Medical Branch-Galveston. Her interests include women’s health, primary care and working with patients from all walks of life, across the community.

Andrew Saldiva

Andrew Saldiva, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Andrew Saldiva offers 15 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse, in addition to four years as a family practice nurse practitioner. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Incarnate Word and his Masters of Science in Nursing from UT Health San Antonio School of Nursing. In 2016 he was certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority and is currently DEA registered.
